For this technical improvement project, we have purchased SBM’s machines after friend’s introduction. I was surprised that they worked so well. Production line is much more stable than the original one. The original fine crushing process used the heavy hammer crusher with 1600mm in diameter. The hammerhead needed replacing frequently, wasting time and energy while quick-wear parts cost up to 2.0 yuan /t. After replacing it by HPT300, the cost of quick-wear parts fell to 0.4 yuan /t. Besides, maintenance is more convenient. SBM is trustworthy.
